WORKPLACE SAFETY AND SECURITY AWARENESS FOR ALL STAFF
Description
This course is planned to promote workplace security practices applicable across all sectors. Presented by experienced security officials, this course provides critical information and guidelines you need to create a secure working environment. The training is based on existing safety and security guidelines, illustrative scenarios and real life examples drawn from previous cases to emphasize potential security threats. Critical issues to be discussed include:
- Overview of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and your obligations in relation to terrorism threats
- Access & Security Controls
- Recent criminal behaviors and targets
- Criminal & Suspicious Activities to watch out for
- Action plan
The course also features interactive knowledge reviews, employee vigilance tips, and
showcases dangerous items and situations. Upon completion you will be able to:
